Trade Services

Trade Services in Summit County, Colorado

Our trade services in Summit County and Eagle County cover the plumbing and electrical side of a remodel as well as standalone repairs, scheduled by the same team running the rest of the project.

Book the Work

Tell us what needs plumbing or electrical attention

Describe the fixture, the circuit, or the remodel scope, and you will hear what the work involves and what it takes to do it right.

Where a job calls for a licensed trade partner rather than the in-house crew, you hear it up front instead of after the estimate.

  • Trade work coordinated inside a remodel, so nothing waits on a second contractor.
  • Standalone repairs and fixture replacements for homes and rentals.
  • A clear call on what is a repair and what has reached replacement.
  • Work planned around permit and inspection timing in your town.

If something is not working right now, call and we will triage it. Call (970) 471-7846.

Plumbing and electrical, in one place

Most remodels touch plumbing and electrical, and handling those trades inside the project schedule keeps the work moving. Rather than waiting on outside subcontractors, the same team that plans your remodel handles the trade work, which means fewer delays and one point of contact for the whole job.

These services are also available on their own. If you need a fixture replaced, lighting installed, or a repair handled, we can help with that as readily as with a full remodeling project.

Answers

Common questions about trade services

Do you offer plumbing and electrical on their own, or only with remodels?

Both. Plumbing and electrical run as part of a remodel and as standalone service work, so a fixture replacement or a lighting project is as easy to book as a full renovation.

Can you handle the trade work in my remodel?

Yes. Plumbing and electrical are scoped and scheduled as part of our remodeling projects, so you are not coordinating separate companies for the trades.

Do you work with property managers on trade work?

Yes. Property managers, second-home owners, and businesses all book trade work across both counties.

What plumbing and electrical work do you not take on?

Gas line work is not offered, and neither are utility service upgrades that have to be coordinated with the provider. Fixture work, circuits, lighting, devices, panels, and the trade scope inside a remodel are what is covered. If a job needs a specialist who is not on the crew, you hear that when you call.

Do you pull the permits for trade work?

Where your work requires a permit, the application and the inspection scheduling are part of the job. Permit and inspection timelines differ from town to town here, so they go into your schedule rather than surfacing halfway through.

Which areas do you serve?

Based in Silverthorne, you can book trade services throughout Summit County, including Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, and Copper Mountain, as well as across Eagle County.
