General questions
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Silverthorne and serve Summit County and Eagle County, Colorado. That includes Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, Avon, Edwards, and the surrounding communities.
Do you handle both remodeling and property maintenance?
Yes. Remodeling is the core of our business, and we also offer year-round property maintenance. Many clients use us for both, so the same team that remodels a home also keeps it maintained.
Are you a local company?
Yes. We are based in Silverthorne and work in these mountain towns every day. When you call, you reach people who know the local building departments, HOA rules, and conditions firsthand.
Do you work with property managers and HOAs?
Yes. We support property management companies, HOAs, and individual owners with both remodeling and ongoing maintenance across both counties.

Remodeling questions
Do you manage the whole remodel, including the trades?
Yes. We manage the full project, including the cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, drywall, paint, and the plumbing and electrical that go with it, handled in-house. You work with one accountable team rather than coordinating several companies.
Can you remodel my home while I am out of state?
Yes. Many of our clients are second-home and rental owners. We coordinate access and send regular progress photos and updates so the project moves forward and you stay informed from anywhere.
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on the project and the season. A single bathroom moves faster than a whole-home remodel, and winter access or HOA scheduling windows can affect the calendar. We give you a realistic timeline with your estimate.
Do I need permits for my remodel?
Many remodels do require permits, and the process varies by town. Some areas, like Breckenridge, also have historic district or design review, and many properties fall under HOA approval. We plan projects around these requirements from the start.
What makes remodeling in the mountains different?
Altitude and climate change how a remodel should be built. Materials behave differently in dry, high-altitude air, moisture management matters more, and snow load is a real consideration. The building season is short and materials cost more to transport, which is why local experience matters.

Property services questions
Can you watch my second home while I am away?
Yes. Regular check-ins on second homes for absentee owners are a core part of our property services. We confirm the home is secure and sound, handle issues, and keep you informed.
Why is roof snow removal important here?
Summit County sees around 250 inches of snow a year. That weight adds up on a roof, and melting and refreezing can create ice dams that back water into the home. Managing snow load and ice through the season protects the structure and prevents water damage.
Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?
Yes. We build recurring plans around your property, from regular check-ins to seasonal services. You choose how much to hand off and we keep to the schedule.
Can you handle vacation rental turnovers?
Yes. We provide turnover cleaning and repairs timed to your booking calendar, including tight same-day windows, so your rental stays guest-ready and bookable.

Estimates and getting started
Is an estimate free?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates. We assess the project, talk through your goals, and put a clear written scope and price in front of you before any work begins.
Why do you not publish prices?
Remodeling costs vary too much by scope, materials, and property condition for a published number to be meaningful. We give you an accurate written estimate for your specific project instead. You can read more on our pricing page.
How do I get started?
Reach out by phone at (970) 471-7846 or through our contact form. We will talk through your project, answer your questions, and arrange a time to see the property for an accurate estimate.
