Summit Remodeling and Property Services is a Silverthorne-based remodeling and property care company serving Summit County and Eagle County. We have spent more than a decade working on mountain homes, and that experience shapes everything we do.
How we got here
We started as a handyman and cleaning service in Summit County, helping homeowners and property managers keep their mountain properties in good shape. Over the years, clients kept asking us to take on bigger projects, and we grew to meet that demand. Today we are a full remodeling company, handling kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, and commercial work, while still offering the property maintenance that got us started.
That path matters, because it means we understand mountain properties from both sides. We know how these homes are built and remodeled, and we know what it takes to keep them maintained through hard winters and constant rental turnover. Few contractors bring both perspectives to a project.
