How we got here
We started as a handyman and cleaning service in Summit County, helping homeowners and property managers keep their mountain properties in good shape. Over the years, clients kept asking us to take on bigger projects, and we grew to meet that demand. Today we are a full remodeling company, handling kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, and commercial work, while still offering the property maintenance that got us started.
That path matters to you because it means both sides of a mountain property are familiar: how these homes get built and remodeled, and what it takes to keep them standing through hard winters and constant rental turnover. Few contractors bring both perspectives to a project.
How we actually run a job
Three practices show up on every project. Materials and methods get specified for the mountain environment rather than the catalog default, because a finish that fails its first hard winter is no bargain. Progress reaches you without being chased, which matters most if you are running a project from another state. And you hear early when scope, timeline, or cost has moved, including when the news is unwelcome.

Where we work
Summit County, including Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Eagle County and the Vail Valley, from Vail and Beaver Creek down through Avon and Edwards to Eagle. We do not take work outside those two counties, and we do not build new homes from the ground up.
